6 Minute Bodyweight Circuit Workout

Do the following exercises in a row as fast as you can.  Our best class time was 6 minutes even:
  • 15  narrow (close grip) pushup
  • 15 normal pushup
  • 12 alternating prisoner lunges (hands behind head)
  • 45 speed squats
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 35 jumping jacks
  • 1 minute plank
  • 10 wall crawl
  • 15 regular burpee
Try to beat 6 minutes the first time.  After a 2-3 minute rest period, complete circuit again, trying to improve speed each time!  A minimum of 3 total circuits is suggested, always trying to beat your initial time.  Make sure you warm up for 5 minutes before, and walk and cool down / stretch after.
