What if I can’t attend all the classes offered?
Some exercise is better than no exercise. If you can’t attend 4 days a week, at least do your best to attend 3 or even 2 classes a week. We have seen campers achieve significant results while attending only 2 days a week in some cases.
What if I am too busy to attend?
Let’s be honest. “I don’t have the time” usually means “I’d just like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Ask yourself this question: “Haven’t I put this off long enough?”
OK, so what do I need to bring?
Very little. Just bring a water bottle, towel or mat, a pair of free weights (anywhere from 8 to 20 pounds depending on your individual ability level), and a sense of adventure! Some campers also choose to wear gloves. Also, please make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We wouldn’t want you to get light-headed! And of course, please wear clothing appropriate for physical activity.
What can I expect to achieve?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming stronger and toned. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every month you follow the program. The program includes exercises designed to tone your entire body, but to especially firm up your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase confidence.

How often can I attend?
The boot camps run 4 days week, Monday through Saturday. We suggest that you attend all classes, but you can still achieve remarkable results if you attend at least three days per week.
What’s the inclement weather policy?
It’s fun exercising outdoors, not to mention the Vitamin D benefits, but inclement weather will happen. That’s part of the fun! Unless the weather is deemed “severe”, spring and summer boot camp class will still be held. If the weather is “severe” (ie: lightning, heavy rain, hail, frogs) then class will be rescheduled, usually to the following day at the same time. Check your email, as we will notify you via email at least one half hour before the scheduled class start time. Of course, in the fall and winter we can operate indoors when needed, rain or shine!
Can I pay per class, or just when I come?

Will I be sore?
Most people feel some soreness for about the first week. After that, soreness is moderate to light – it’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer very sore – you do want some light soreness in your muscles, as this means they are being broken down and regrowing stronger.

What is a typical GroupFit Boot Camp class like?
In a word? FUN! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate complacency and to give you maximum results in minimum time, it’s difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some light running, resistance training, core, body weight, and team training. Some days you may even crawl, lunge, relay and have a fun time while burning a ton of fat and meeting new people. It’s always an adventure!
